Energy Work Sessions
REIKI AND ENERGY WORK SESSIONS FOR ADULTS/TEENS
Sessions may be in-person or distant healing over Zoom. Yes, I work with international clients!
Ages 13 and Over
All reiki and energy work sessions include time for us to check in, a one hour energy work session, and a half-hour review after session.
At Mooncycle Wellness, each session starts with a check-in. If you're a new client, we will take some time to you get to know one another, as well as answer all your questions, and identify what your intention is for your first session.
If you're a return client, we get to chat about happenings since your last session as well as set the intention for your current one.
Each individual energy work session is unique to you and your needs. As we work together (you, me, the universe) we will identify where you're body, mind, heart and spirit are at energetically, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually in that moment. Because we are ever evolving beings, each session is never quite the same.
An energy work session lasts about an hour. Energy work may include traditional reiki, healing touch, a combination of both, along with crystal healing and sound healing. My intuition is heightened during energy work sessions, so I am led throughout the session by what I see, feel, and hear. You will likely fall into a gentle state of relaxation, and possibly even take a nap during your session!
The half-hour talk afterwards is an integral part of the process for us. You will have the opportunity to drink a glass of water, while you and I talk about your experience. You will get to share what the session was like for you, and I will share any messages I received. If you had any chakra's that were unbalanced or compromised I will offer you some suggestions or "homework" if you will, so that you can maintain the health and well-being of your chakra system after you leave.

REIKI AND ENERGY WORK SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN
Please note I am unable to do distant healing sessions with children.
Ages 7-12
Includes time to get to know one another, a half-hour energy work session, and time to talk after session.
At Mooncycle Wellness, creating sacred space for you and your child is my priority. Your child will feel seen and heard, as well as empowered. You will get to ask as many questions as needed and both parent and child will sign the client consent form together.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A parent or legal guardian must remain in the room during the first session, as well as future sessions.
New Clients - Energy Exchange: $90 - Usually lasts an hour and a half.
Return Clients - Energy Exchange: $70 - One hour length.

COUPLES ENERGY WORK SESSIONS
A Couples Energy Work session is a beautiful way to enhance and enliven your personal relationships. Whether it's a lifetime partner, a family member, or a friend, these sessions are for all!
Each couple will receive both individual and collective chakra balancing, a clearing of your biofields using tuning forks and sound bowls, and an oracle card reading, as well as reiki as needed.
Sessions are two hours long and are similar to Adult Energy Work sessions, where we do a meet and greet for about the first half hour, the session itself lasts an hour, then we sit and talk about the session afterwards, as well as do a card reading.
